  6. Export as PDF or DOCX from the Messages panel.

3. Financial Discrepancy Detection

Financial tab in case workspace

Purpose: Analyze financial documents to detect hidden assets, unusual withdrawals, income inconsistencies, and potential fraud. Uses a 3-stage AI pipeline: extraction, cross-referencing, and report generation.

Value: Catches financial discrepancies that manual review might miss. Particularly useful in high-asset divorces or cases where one party is suspected of hiding income.

How to Use

  1. Open a case and click the "Financial" tab.
  2. Upload or attach financial documents (bank statements, tax returns, pay stubs) via the Attachments tab first.
  3. Click "Start Analysis" in the Financial panel.
  4. The AI analyzes all financial documents in three stages: data extraction, cross-referencing between documents, and discrepancy report generation.
  5. Review the findings — each discrepancy includes the source document, page reference, and severity level.

4. Deposition Prep

Deposition tab in case workspace

Purpose: Generate 20–100 categorized deposition questions based on the case data, financial records, and party statements. Questions are organized by topic (custody, finances, timeline, credibility).

Value:Comprehensive deposition preparation in minutes. The AI identifies areas of weakness in the opposing party's position and generates targeted questions.

How to Use

  1. Open a case and click the "Deposition" tab.
  2. Ensure the case has sufficient data — party information, financial details, and any uploaded documents improve question quality.
  3. Click "Generate Questions".
  4. Review the categorized questions. Each question includes the rationale and the case fact it targets.
  5. Export the question list as PDF or DOCX using the export button.
  6. Edit or reorder questions as needed before the deposition.

5. Cross-Examination Assistant

Cross-Exam tab in case workspace

Purpose: Analyze statements made across interrogatory answers, deposition transcripts, and sworn disclosures to detect contradictions. Each contradiction includes exact citations from the source documents.

Value: Finds contradictions that would take hours of manual cross-referencing. Essential for preparing cross-examination of the opposing party or defending your client against inconsistency claims.

Requirement: At least 2 documents must be uploaded to the case (e.g., interrogatory answers + deposition transcript).

How to Use

  1. Upload at least 2 documents containing party statements (interrogatories, depositions, sworn disclosures) via the Attachments tab.
  2. Click the "Cross-Exam" tab.
  3. Click "Start Analysis".
  4. The AI runs a 3-stage pipeline: statement extraction, cross-referencing across documents, and contradiction report generation.
  5. Review each contradiction card — it shows the conflicting statements side by side with exact document citations (document name, page, paragraph).
  6. Export the full report as PDF for use in court preparation.

6. Discovery Analyzer

Discovery tab in case workspace

Purpose: Cross-reference interrogatory questions against document production responses to identify which questions have been fully answered, partially answered, or not answered at all. Generates a structured Discovery Digest with completeness assessments and gap analysis.

Value: Eliminates hours of manual cross-referencing between interrogatories and production responses. Instantly see which questions have gaps and what documents are missing — essential for motion to compel preparation.

Requirement: Two documents must be uploaded — one containing interrogatory questions and one containing document production responses.

How to Use

  1. Open a case and click the "Discovery" tab.
  2. Upload your interrogatory questions document (PDF, DOCX, or TXT) in the first upload zone.
  3. Upload your document production responses in the second upload zone.
  4. Click "Analyze" to start the 3-stage pipeline.
  5. The AI extracts questions, extracts production items, then matches and analyzes them.
  6. Review the Discovery Digest — each question shows matched documents, a completeness badge (Complete ✓, Partial ⚠, Missing ✗), and gap notes explaining what's missing.
  7. Export the digest as PDF or DOCX for use in court preparation or motion to compel filings.

7. Asset Division Scenario Planner

  • Fill in case details — The more complete the case information (party details, children, financial overview, property), the more targeted the AI's output will be.
  • Use Cmd+K — The command palette (Cmd+K) lets you jump to any page instantly. Type "Dashboard", "Settings", "Marketplace", or "New Case".
  • Export everything — Deposition questions and cross-examination reports can be exported as PDF or DOCX for use outside the platform.
